Mission Trip Terms & Conditions

This agreement is the complete and entire agreement between CrossRoads Missions, 3231 Ruckriegel Parkway, Suite 111, Louisville, KY 40299, and the individual, hereafter referred to as "Client". Regardless of the place of signing of the agreement, the Client agrees that for purposes of venue, this agreement was entered into in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Louisville, Kentucky, and the Client hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of the Kentucky State Courts (or in the county, city and state of CrossRoads Missions current address at the date of such litigation.) Furthermore, the Client waives any right to or claim of sovereign immunity. This agreement shall be enforced effective with the acceptance by CrossRoads Missions.

Deposit:

A $500 deposit is required of all groups in order to reserve trip dates. Trip dates are not reserved until payment of deposit is received.

Participant Fees:

All fees within this agreement are in US currency. This agreement adheres to the dates indicated in your original trip registration form unless otherwise agreed upon with the CrossRoads Missions Field Staff.

The participant fee covers supplies for home construction and renovations, facility repairs and renovations and all housing, food and supplies for worship and devotions. The total cost of your trip is listed on the registration page of the CrossRoads Missions website and is conditional on the duration and location of your trip.

The participant fee DOES NOT include transportation, travel meals, or snacks and admission to state parks or off day activities. Trip spaces cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

A PARTICIPANT'S SPOT ON THE TRIP IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL THE PARTICIPATION FEE IS PAID IN FULL.

Cancellations:

Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable for any reason. They cannot be applied toward future trips or transferred to a different field.

Changes to Trip Arrangements:

All trip arrangement modifications must be approved in advance by CrossRoads Missions Staff. Change requests must be in writing via email or US Postal Service. CrossRoads Missions is available to assist with travel arrangements, however, all travel expenses are the responsibility of the Client.

General Agreement Terms:

All payments and deposits to CrossRoads Missions are non-refundable and non-transferable to another group or field. CrossRoads Missions, at their discretion, may provide a credit towards future available trip dates.

Trip Forms:

Each participant must complete a Trip Participation Form prior to your arrival date.  All forms should be returned to CrossRoads Missions according to the dates and details on the respective form. Links to all required forms will be included with the receipt that you will receive by email following payment in full of your Mission Trip Deposit.

Links to the following forms will be included:

Adult Trip Participation Form - On this form you will be asked to provide medical & dental information as well as sign a photography release.  This form is required for each participant 18 years of age or olde and is due when you arrive for your trip. 

Youth Trip Participation Form - On this form you will be asked to provide medical & dental information as well as sign a photography release.  This form is required for each participant under the age of 18 and is due when you arrive for your trip.
