Miikinaaking means turtle in the Ojibwe dialect of the Anishinaabe people. In this workshop, you will make a beaded necklace of a miikinaaking with Tricia Boucha. Tricia Boucha is an Ojibwe ceramicist, mosaic artist, and beadworker who has taught for over 50 years. She will guide you from start to finish as you learn beadwork and a little about the Ojibwe along the way.
