Gio is a brave 3-year-old facing medulloblastoma, a type of brain cancer. He began treatment in October 2025, and his journey is expected to continue through Spring 2026. Gio has a twin brother who also needs care and support during this challenging time.
Gio’s treatment schedule requires frequent hospital visits and careful monitoring at home. His parents will need to take unpaid or reduced-pay leave to care for him and attend to his brother, who may occasionally need to stay home from daycare to prevent illness while Gio undergoes chemotherapy. With most of their family living abroad and limited local support, the family faces both emotional and financial strain during this long treatment period.
Through the Medical & Home Assistance Program, Gio’s family will receive direct support for critical needs, including transportation to treatments, in-home care, and other resources that help ensure both him and his brother are safe and cared for.
Your support helps relieve the financial and emotional burden on this family so they can focus on Gio’s recovery and the well-being of both boys. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and provides hope during this difficult time.
