San Antonio MMIWP Coalition Meeting: Open to New Members, Spirit Waters Art Gallery

Registration has ended

About This Event

Join us for the first public meeting of the San Antonio MMIWP Coalition. This gathering is an opportunity to learn directly from coalition members, ask questions, and explore meaningful ways to get involved. Built with the intention to meet people where they are, the coalition invites all community members to move beyond awareness and into action together.

Learn about current efforts at the local, state, and national level, engage with coalition members, and discover pathways to get involved at every level. Connect with others committed to ending the MMIWP epidemic as we build community, deepen care, and organize for lasting change. Join us in person or virtually.

-----

This event is part of AITSCM’s Annual MMIWP Week of Action.
The Week of Action (May 5–9, 2026) centers Indigenous-led efforts, community awareness, and collective action to address the crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People (MMIWP). Community members are encouraged to participate, wear red, uplift Indigenous voices, and support ongoing efforts toward justice and healing.
