Melissa Benedek is a New York based contemporary artist known for her intuitive, abstract expressionist paintings. Immersed in the city’s art scene from a young age, she studied at the Art Students League and Parsons School of Design. After a successful career in jewelry design, Melissa now focuses fully on her art, creating vibrant, fluid compositions that explore color and movement. Her work has been featured in publications, private commissions including one for an ABC News anchor—and shown in galleries and art fairs such as the Hamptons Fine Art Fair.
