Restorative yoga is a restful practice that encourages you to slow down and is designed to promote mental and physical relaxation.  When your body enters a state of relaxation, your mind can relax as tension melts away.
Benefits include: reduces stress and anxiety, promotes deep relaxation, improves sleep, enhances flexibility and mobility

Join Leanne DiResta, E-RYT 500, Yoga Alliance certified teacher, as she works with you to deepen your stretch, clear your mind, connect with your body, and focus on your breath.
