About This Event
The Indian Creek Watershed Festival has become a beloved tradition for our local families!
This year’s festival will be at the Indian Creek Valley Community Center on September 26 from 10 am - 2 pm.
At this free event, kids have the opportunity to connect with the natural beauty of Indian Creek through hands-on outdoor experiences. The day’s activities will include fishing, stream exploring, and nature-based crafts. Whether they’re exploring the water, learning about local wildlife, or sharing moments of excitement with family and friends, the day is filled with discovery and joy. These meaningful interactions create lasting memories that inspire young people to care for and protect our waterways for years to come.
Join us for a fun half-day of outdoor learning along Indian Creek!
This year’s event will be another great day for our local youth, featuring:
- The famous Indian Creek Duck Race!
- Eco-arts and craft activities
- Yard games for all ages
- Interactive environmental learning
All activities will be held at the pavilions along Indian Creek, in a lovely forested setting with swings and jungle gyms. All kids get a free entry to the duck race!
You can help us hold this event! An optional donation will fund free lunches for kids! Your support is greatly appreciated by families in the ICV!
