Move, Create & Meditate 2026: AABR's Inclusive Wellness Experience is an engaging morning of inspiration, learning, and connection designed for people with disabilities, their families, caregivers, direct support professionals, educators, healthcare providers, and community partners.

Enjoy interactive wellness experiences, expert-led breakout sessions, a keynote presentation, a community resource expo, healthy food demonstrations, networking, and practical strategies to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Leave inspired, informed, and equipped with ideas you can put into practice right away.
