You help change lives when you support a Movement for Freedom 2025 MOVER & SHAKER! Every step, stretch, and stride they take raises awareness and funds for survivors, families, and communities impacted by human trafficking in Cebu, Philippines through My Refuge House.

How to Give:

1. Find a Participant: If you're supporting a specific Mover & Shaker, check the box below and select their name.

2. Choose Your Gift (Need help deciding? Here are some impact examples.):

  • $1 per mile walked, run, or cycled
  • $5 per workout or fitness challenge completed
  • $20 for a week of movement
  • Or choose any amount that inspires you!

Choose Who You Are Supporting and Make Your Gift

Your generosity fuels a movement of hope, healing, and restoration. What your impact might look like at MRH:
  • $50 supports two elementary scholars' monthly allowance.
  • $100 provides a month of essentials for 18 girls.
  • $250 covers a week's meals for all girls and staff.
  • $500 funds a scholar’s college tuition for a semester.
