The Millersville Dance Team is a student-run club sport here at Millersville University. The purpose of this team is to further interest and development in dance on campus by performing at numerous campus and community events throughout the year. Students will have an opportunity to learn and perfect skills in varying dance styles including jazz, contemporary, pom, and hip-hop. We strive to include technical, creative and social aspects of dance while encouraging individual participation. The dance team participates in the following activities throughout the school year:
● Annual homecoming parade
● Halftime at football games
● Halftime and basketball games
● Various on-campus events
● Various community events
● College Classic National Competition
What will your donation support?
Each year, the Millersville Dance Team ends their season by competing at the College Classic National competition in Orlando, Florida! With the goal of providing an equal opportunity to all students, the dance team’s goal is to fully fund this competition for all teammates, but we need your help! With the support of your generous donation, the Millersville Dance Team will be able to fund the following:
