Healthy, impactful churches are rarely built through quick fixes or short-term strategies. They are shaped over time through intentional leadership, healthy systems, clear mission, and leaders who are willing to grow alongside others.

The Multiply Cohort is designed to help pastors strengthen the leadership foundations that lead to greater missional impact over the next 3–5 years. Led by Pastor Clint Cook, this cohort combines practical coaching, leadership development, and honest conversations within a community of pastors pursuing healthier churches together.

Throughout the year, pastors will participate in:

• Monthly online coaching calls with Pastor Clint Cook
• Collaborative conversations with other pastors and ministry leaders
• Practical training focused on church health and sustainable leadership
• Leadership development centered on culture, systems, mission, and discipleship
• Two in-person learning experiences for encouragement, connection, and hands-on learning

This is more than a conference or content-driven training environment. The Multiply Cohort is designed to create space for pastors to think strategically, grow relationally, and lead with greater intentionality over the long haul.
