Get ready to place your bid on one or more of our silent auction items. We have tickets available for our beer and wine tasters and for our designated drivers. This event is open to 21 and over.
Proceeds of this event will go to the Myasthenia Gravis Holistic Society to support research and patient resources. The Myasthenia Gravis Holistic Society is a registered 501(c)(3) charity. Donations of any dollar amount are welcomed.

Release of Liability
I, hereby agree to participate in the beer and wine tasting fundraiser organized by the MG Holistic Society at Duck Creek Winery on September 28, 2024, from 4pm to 8pm. In consideration for being allowed to attend and participate in this event, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. I acknowledge and understand that the beer and wine tasting event involves the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
2. I certify that I am of legal drinking age according to the laws of the state of WI.
3. I agree to drink responsibly and to not drive if I am under the influence of alcohol.
4. I understand that there are risks associated with the consumption of alcohol and that I am attending this event voluntarily and at my own risk.
5. I release and hold harmless the Myasthenia Gravis Holistic Society, Duck Creek Winery, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, damages, or other claims arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event.
6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MG Holistic Society, Duck Creek Winery, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims brought by third parties arising out of my actions or conduct during the event.
I have read this release of liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I sign this release of liability freely and voluntarily.
