Steps for Sleep 2024

Lace up your walking shoes and join us for Steps for Sleep on May 18th at DeLaSalle High School! 

This event is all about promoting better sleep and well-being through physical activity. Research shows that regular exercise improves sleep quality and duration, leading to better overall health. Plus, it's a fantastic opportunity to connect with others in our community.

Not only does the Steps for Sleep event encourage you to improve your health and well-being, it also supports our initiative to give kids a bed of their own, a place to dream. Every step you take with us helps provide a comfortable place for a child to lay their head at night.

If you can't join us in person, register to Walk Anywhere. Walk anytime between May 1-18.  You can even host a neighborhood or community walk. Go here for more information on how to host a Walk Anywhere Community Event. 

Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students 5-22. Kids under 5 are free.  

Register during March for National Sleep Awareness Month and get $5 off registration!  

Pets at Steps for Sleep

Dogs are welcome, outdoors-only, at the event.  

If we have to move inside due to weather, you'll have to leave your furry friend at home.

Dogs must be fully vaccinated and well-behaved.
