2026 Inspire to Hire

JA Inspire to Hire is a career exploration experience for over 7,500 high school and
young adults aged 18-25 years-olds held at the KY Exposition Center. Students and
young adults explore careers by engaging in hands-on activities and interacting with
over 200 career mentors and 70 business exhibits.
JA Inspire to Hire builds a relationship-based pipeline between young people and
companies in our community. Employers will be able to introduce their career
opportunities to emerging leaders and companies will have an opportunity to interview
for positions and internships.
Overall, JA Inspire to Hire serves as a comprehensive platform for career exploration,
networking, and talent acquisition, benefiting both students and companies while
contributing to the growth and development of the community.
