The quirkiest, most fun-loving guy that could make anyone feel welcome. Devin had the ability to turn any frown upside down - no matter the trick he had to pull. So slick, the execution could go astray, but the room would light up all the same. Devin brought friends together through decades of being there for the peaks and floating along with you for the valleys. Devin turned good friends to family — he was as dependable as a wood ship. He motivated himself through trying his best to motivate others. Though Devin may not have realized it, he was such a light to others by simply being a friend to all and having a genuine heart, that only wanted the best for all walks of life.
