How to register as a sponsor or vendor
We would love to have you and your organization at the 2025 NAMIWalk Mental Health & Wellness Fest!
We're expecting up to 300 local people to come out for this year's NAMIWalk. Sponsors and vendors will be an important part of the event experience, helping to share resources, combat stigma, and inspire hope.
What's the difference between a sponsor and a vendor?
Sponsors are NAMI’s event partners. They invest at one of multiple sponsorship levels to support NAMI’s no-cost mental health programs. In turn, NAMI publicly recognizes their support — in electronic, written and verbal communications — before, during and after the event. Sponsors also have the option to set up a table and hand out swag at a premier location during at the Walk.
Vendors are agencies or companies who come out on Walk day to share what they do with participants. Like sponsors, vendors may hand out “swag” or materials for no charge.

7:30 a.m. NAMI staff arrives at park for setup
8 a.m. Park is open to sponsors/vendors for setup
9 a.m. Sponsors/vendors are set up and ready to go & Early bird check-in starts with coffee/tea, bagels
10 a.m. Opening remarks and kick-off activities
10:30 a.m. Walk starts
11 a.m. Food trucks arrive
11:15 a.m. Post-walk activities
2 p.m. Park is clear of all belongings
