Meet Naomi, our new sheep resident at Charlie's Acres Farm Animal Sanctuary. Born on a neglectful hobby farm, Naomi’s early life was marred by a severe injury: she was stepped on by another animal, leaving her with a seriously damaged spine. Fortunately, Naomi went on to be cared for — first by our friends at Jameson Humane, and now at her forever home at Charlie’s Acres. Despite her challenges, Naomi has an incredible spirit and a strong will to live a happy life.

Naomi requires a wheelchair to help her navigate her surroundings, and we are dedicated to ensuring she gets the physical therapy she needs to thrive. This includes weekly Shockwave sessions, which cost $170 each and are crucial for maintaining her mobility and overall well-being.

Here’s where you come in:

This page is dedicated to raise funds to cover the cost of Naomi's physical therapy appointments. Any and every amount makes a difference!

When you donate $170 or more, you or a loved one will receive a heartfelt postcard featuring Naomi’s story and a special thank you message sharing the news that your contribution has funded one of Naomi's essential physical therapy sessions. It’s a meaningful way to celebrate your support and spread Naomi's groundbreaking journey.

By donating to Naomi’s care, you are directly supporting her journey towards a happy, pain-free life and helping to set a precedent for others in need. Animals like Naomi are often overlooked and denied the specialized care they need simply because they are not as visible or celebrated as companion animals. However, we believe all animals deserve a chance at a happy life, no matter their species.

At our sanctuary, Naomi will be an ambassador for other animals like her, highlighting the importance of accessibility and specialized care for all creatures. Her story will help raise awareness about the needs of farmed animals and advocate for a world where every animal receives the compassion and support they deserve.

Help us give Naomi the care and compassion she needs. Donate today and be a part of her incredible journey to recovery and advocacy.

Thank you for your kindness and support!
