Experience the magic of NVYS Strings Chamber Camp, a one-week program founded and directed by NVYS Youth Chamber Ensemble Director and Head Coach Yasushi Ogura. Whether you choose the Half-Day or Full-Day option, you'll receive coaching from professional musicians, connect with peers, and perform at the Jarvis Conservatory.
HALF-DAY CAMP: For younger musicians seeking an introduction to chamber music, our Half-Day Camp is perfect. Join us Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rehearsal and performance to showcase your newfound skills and make lasting friendships.
Sessions are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Dress Rehearsal and Concert on Saturday, July 25th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm; Concert starts at 7pm.
Tuition is $375.00 per participant.
FULL-DAY CAMP: Advanced young string musicians can take their skills to the next level with our Full-Day Camp. With a focus on musical growth and camaraderie, this camp includes a Saturday rehearsal and performance, providing a platform to showcase your talents and create lifelong memories with fellow musicians. Don't miss out on this enriching experience!
