About This Event
Living with Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis can be challenging — especially in communities where healthcare access, education, and support are limited.
Join us for the Navigating IBD Lunch & Learn Series, co-sponsored by CoHatch and the Stephanie A. Wynn Foundation, in observance of World IBD Day. This free, interactive session is part of a growing community movement to raise awareness, share real solutions, and support individuals impacted by Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
During this session at COHatch -St. Petersburg, we’ll explore:
✔️ Patient-centered strategies for managing IBD
✔️ How to advocate for better care
✔️ Tools, resources, and real-life stories that inspire action
✔️ A conversation that includes patients, caregivers, providers, and advocates
🌍 This is the first stop in a multi-community series powered by the IBD Patient Navigator® Program, which provides underserved patients with the support, tools, and education they need to navigate their IBD journey with confidence.
🎟️ Free lunch will be provided
