About This Event

Navigating Cancer Survivorship: A Wellness Series
Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine Approaches to Cancer Care

Friday, April 10th, 12:30-1:30pm

Join us for session two of our Navigating Cancer Survivorship: A Wellness Series, where we’ll take a thoughtful look at Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine (TCIM) approaches and how they support people during and after treatment. Together, we’ll explore how these therapeutic methods may help survivors manage symptoms and improve their overall well-being.

Hear from Catherine Justice, PT, DPT, CST, C-IAYT, E-RYT, FAIHM, of The Art of Wellness as we explore the research behind TCIM approaches, including acupuncture, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing. This session aims to empower survivors by educating them about a full range of therapeutic tools to support them on their journey.

Survivors, loved ones and caregivers are welcome to attend this free meeting. Sign up to join us in person or attend virtually.

RSVP by Thursday, April 9.

Our Navigating Cancer Survivorship: A Wellness Series is hosted in partnership with A Breath of Hope Lung Cancer Foundation and made possible with a grant from the Minnesota Cancer Alliance.
