About Neighborhood Villages
Ten years ago, we set out to take on a crisis: families struggling to afford child care, educators facing poverty wages, and providers fighting to keep their doors open. We believed something better was possible, and we went looking for what it looks like, what it costs, and how to make it run.
A decade later, we are showing it every day. We bring play-based curriculum, coaching, and professional learning to early educators. We build leadership pathways that help educators move up and earn more. We keep programs stocked with what they need in an emergency and on an ordinary day. And we take what proves out in one classroom to the State House, to improve early education across Massachusetts and beyond.
