PURPOSE
To present updates for stroke prevention, acute stroke interventions, and management of acute stroke complications.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Exhibitors are responsible for securing their own accommodations. A limited block of villas at Kiawah Island Resort has been reserved exclusively for course participants at special event rates. To reserve your villa with our special event rates, please book early as the block is limited!

- One Bedroom Scenic Villa - $280.00/night
- Two Bedroom Scenic Villa - $420.00/night
- Three Bedroom Scenic Villa - $540.00/night
You may enhance your stay by upgrading to a Premier Villa, choosing an ocean or partial ocean view, or reserving accommodation at The Sanctuary — all available at 10% off standard rates (daily rates listed above do not apply to upgrades).
Resort check-out is 10:00am, so please plan your stay accordingly to allow full attendance for the Saturday session.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
To arrange transportation, please contact the Kiawah Island Resort concierge at 843-768-2790. Rental cars are also available at Charleston Airport. Please note that companies are responsible for all transportation costs to and from the airport.
EXHIBIT SPACE AND EQUIPMENT
Exhibits will be held directly outside the conference room located in the Turtle Point Clubhouse on the 2nd floor.
Furniture
- (1) 6ft table, table covering and 2 chairs are included with your exhibitor fee.
Electrical
- Any exhibit requiring more than a standard 115-volt outlet must furnish information at least (2) weeks in advance and will be charged an additional fee. *Note: Special servicing or wiring will be charged at prevailing rate for materials and labor. Requests within 2 weeks of the event may be charged additional fees.
- All extension cords, furniture, and linens are property of Kiawah Resort and may not be taken from the premises.
