About NVCCE & Why Registration Matters
The Nevada Center for Civic Engagement (NVCCE) is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening civic learning in Nevada’s schools. Through programs like We the People, we support teachers, provide classroom resources, and create meaningful opportunities for students to practice civil discourse and constitutional reasoning.
We ask all guests and volunteers to register so we can coordinate classroom space, schedule hearing rooms, and ensure a positive experience for students and judges. Accurate headcounts help us support schools effectively and keep these events accessible to all.
This year, NVCCE is working to match a $10,000 grant from the Nevada Bar Foundation to expand teacher coaching, classroom materials, and student learning opportunities. Your participation—and any contributions you may choose to make—helps us bring high-quality civic education to more students across Nevada.
