About This Event

In this brand-new piece, we will follow the journey of a young mastodon as they explore a path their family has used for generations. You may recognize some of the places that this young mastodon visits and you may realize just how connected we still are. Using lights, puppets, and shifts of perspective, this piece will delight audiences of all ages. “Mastodon Country” is a work in progress and the first piece of a multi-part anthology exploring the history of the lands we now call Newburgh and Orange County, NY.
