About This Event

Irving Independent School District's in partnership with the Irving Schools Foundation is hosting the new teacher luncheon for 2025-2026 IISD educators.

Vendors have the opportunity to purchase a booth to connect with new Irving IISD employees and educators. Additionally, the money raised from the sponsorships will be donated to the Irving Schools Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that helps support IrvingISD students.

Event Details:

  • Date: August 4th
  • Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Location: Nimitz High School – 100 W Oakdale Rd, Irving, TX 75060
  • Attendees: New and returning teachers, school administrators, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.

Guidelines and Rules of Participation:

  • To reserve a space, please submit an online application by July 18th.
  • All payments are due by July 18th and are non-refundable.
  • You must submit your company's logo (PNG) and company description by July 18th.
  • Inspire booths are available on a first come-first served basis.
  • Professional conduct is expected of all vendors.
  • Sponsors must drop off donated goody-bag items to the ISF office prior to July 18th. Discounted items such as coupons are not allowed. Please schedule a drop-off appointment by calling us at 972-600-5018
