🎨 2025 NIA Craft Fair – Vendor Information

Saturday, June 7, 2025 | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
📍 The Colonnade, Naples Island

Join us as a vendor at the NIA’s annual Craft Fair, part of our longstanding community Pancake Breakfast and Fun Run. This beloved event draws hundreds of island residents and visitors — a perfect opportunity to share your handmade goods!

🛍 Vendor Details

• Booth Fee: $60 per 10x10 ft space

• Payment is due at the time of sign-up

• Spaces are assigned on a first-paid, best-spot basis

• Vendors must bring their own booth setup (table, chairs, canopy, etc.)

• No power is provided

⏰ Setup & Event Timing

• Vendor setup: 5:30 AM – 6:00 AM

• All vehicles must be off The Colonnade by 6:30 AM sharp

• Event hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Booths must be staffed at all times

• NIA is not responsible for lost or stolen items

🚗 Parking & Access

• After unloading, look for your vendor name written in chalk at your space

• Parking available on Neapolitan Lane East, Neapolitan Lane West, or nearby side streets

• No parking allowed on The Colonnade during the event

⚠️ Reminders

• This is a family-friendly event — items for sale must be appropriate for all ages

• There are no public restrooms at the event site.
