Birds! Exhibit Event
Children and caregivers, come to Fivesparks for a fun bird-themed PJ Storytime!
Children learn fun facts about owls and try out their owl voices before a reading by author Susan Edwards Richmond of her Mass Book Award Honor title, NIGHT OWL NIGHT. In the story, Sova follows her dream of encountering a favorite animal in the wild and helping her scientist mother gather information to protect it.
Participants are invited to chat with Susan after the reading and create an owl mask or puppet to take home.
This program is great for kiddos 3-8 years old, but older and younger siblings and caregivers are welcome, wearing your favorite PJs!
Friday, May 29, 6:30pm. $10/child or $20 for families with 3 or more children/family.
This workshop is being offered as part of the Birds! exhibit on view at Fivesparks from April 18 – May 30, 2026.
