About This Event
Bring an issue your organization is facing, and leave with clearer options and practical next steps you can act on immediately!
This session supports leaders in moving from “fixing the same problems” to creating system-level stability. Participants translate recurring issues into system insights, map priority processes, and design a targeted 30-day experiment—building momentum even within constrained capacity.
This is an intermediate level, but approachable, training. Participants are encouraged, but not required, to attend the July 16 In-Person Problem Lab: Using Continuous Improvement to Navigate Uncertainty

- Leaders, directors, program managers, operations/admin staff, and small teams who need practical help now dealing with recurring process, workflow, or cultural challenges that require a system response.
Each participant leaves with:
- A one‑page Continuous system map for a real process
- One designed Continuous Improvement routine (leadership or team‑based) for problem prevention
- A 30‑day experiment and reflection cadence
