The Leadership Reset Retreat

About This Event

Nonprofit leaders are navigating an increasingly complex environment: rising community needs, funding uncertainty, growing demands on staff and boards, and the constant pressure to do more with less. Many executive directors carry this responsibility quietly, with few opportunities to pause, reflect, and connect with peers who truly understand the role.

The Leadership Reset Retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from daily operations and gain perspective.

During this immersive one-day retreat, nonprofit executive directors from across the region will gather to reflect on the realities of leadership today, reconnect with their purpose, and strengthen relationships with fellow leaders facing similar challenges.

The day will also provide space to discuss real leadership challenges in a supportive environment while learning practical strategies to sustain energy and focus. Participants will leave the retreat with a Leadership Reset Map, a simple but powerful framework that connects their one-year leadership vision with practical priorities for the next 90 days.

This experience is designed to help nonprofit leaders pause, reconnect with what matters most, and return to their organizations with renewed clarity and confidence.
