About This Event
The NOAH clinic provides no cost or low-cost health services, personal health screenings, health classes and support groups to help you connect with your health journey. Your health care is not simply the times you see a doctor or go to the hospital, we believe that your health care includes the time between your medical appointments, your lifestyle. We can help you navigate the way to your best health.
The 2026 Champion of Change Luncheon is celebrating the 25th anniversary of NOAH Clinic, Inc. Today, we celebrate 25 years of providing free medical services and support to meet the many health needs of the North Omaha community, and your presence here further aids our clinic in the continuation of that mission for years to come.
NOAH Clinic was founded in 2001 by Ira Combs. Being aware of the many health disparities that effected North Omaha, the lack of clinics or immediate medical resources to address those very disparities, and the inability to afford adequate healthcare for many of its residents, the mission of what was needed became clear and North Omaha Area Health Clinic, otherwise known as NOAH, was born. Since its founding, NOAH has grown from a clinic that once treated a handful of patients to a clinic that treats thousands per year. In addition to caring for patients, NOAH continuously provides educational events for the public with countless workshops, programs and activities for all ages, as well as providing medical training and certification opportunities for those seeking careers in the medical field. With the same level of importance of being an effective healthcare provider, NOAH has remained true in providing these services at little to absolutely no cost to the public; all of which is made possible by the many great partnerships that have been formed and the generous and greatly appreciated donations that have been received over the past 25 years.
The 2026 Champion of Change Luncheon will have keynote speaker, John Ewing, Mayor of Omaha. The event will be hosted by KMTV news anchor Serese Cole.
