OC HOA Community Reinvestment Fund
The mission of the Orange County HOA Community Reinvestment Fund is to act as a catalyst for reinvestment in distressed HOA’s occupied by low/moderate income residents. Public and private financial resources will be leveraged to address the distressed and affordable HOA housing stock.
