National Good Neighbor Day Vendor Registration

Join us for a family-friendly festival to celebrate National Good Neighbor Day in the heart of Wichita, the South Central Neighborhood! We expect over 500 people to attend.

• Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026
• Setup: 11:00 - 11:45 AM
• Celebrate: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• Tear Down: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

We are offering booth spaces to nonprofits, businesses, political campaigns, and food trucks. 

• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tent/canopy. 
• No selling of merchandise will be allowed. 
• We encourage you to have an activity or giveaway that promotes your organization and strengthens community connection. We're happy to help you come up with ideas!
• All vendors must carry appropriate insurance and licenses (if applicable).

Booth Fees

• Nonprofit: Free
• Business: $100
• Food Truck: $150
• Political Campaign: $200

Every vendor registration dollar keeps this event free and accessible to every neighbor - no ticket, no barrier; just an open door and good company.
