About This Event

One Table: Where Relationships Become the Foundation for Change

Once a year in September, approximately 250 citizens of Rome and Floyd County gather on the iconic John Ross Walking Bridge to share more than just a meal—we share a vision for transformation.

At One Community United, we believe authentic relationships across racial, religious, and economic lines create the collective power needed to address systemic inequities. One Table brings this belief to life, creating a powerful symbol of what becomes possible when we choose unity over division.

This fundraising dinner isn't just fellowship—it's the foundation of real change happening in Floyd County. The relationships built at this table fuel our year-round work tackling the racial disparities that affect education, voting access, and healthcare in our community. From supporting underperforming schools to increasing voter participation in underrepresented communities, the connections made here translate into concrete action that improves lives.

Join us for an evening where breaking bread together breaks down barriers, where conversations spark collaboration, and where your support helps transform our vision of a Floyd County where race no longer determines life outcomes into reality.
