Workshop Overview
Some challenges feel too big to change, yet too important to ignore. A stuck system at work, a divided congregation, a community facing cultural problems no one seems able to solve. When change feels impossible, it is tempting either to carry the whole weight alone or to walk away from it entirely.
Scripture points to another way. God invites ordinary people into His work in the world, and faithful leadership often looks less like one dramatic breakthrough and more like steady, courageous steps taken by people who carry the burden to transform what is broken.
Through guided reflection, small-group conversation, and hands-on exercises, you’ll look at your own story, name a real challenge in your context, and start to see how God has equipped you to lead within it.
