Open Garden Days 2026 at Emily Allen Wildflower Preserve

Once a year, we are so delighted to invite people to join us at Emily Allen Wildflower Preserve.
The Preserve will be open on select days in March and April to guests who pre-register. Each time slot is limited to 25 guests due to limited parking. Guests can meander the garden while several garden volunteers will be stationed throughout to answer questions.
The Preserve is a sanctuary for many native wildflowers from across North Carolina, home to over 500 species of native plants, including wildflowers, ferns, and 26 species of trillium.
Registration is $15 per guest and will go towards the care and good keeping of this special place.
EAWP 2026 Open Garden Days dates:
Open Garden Days are Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00-noon. The dates for these are:
· Wildflower Wednesdays: March 18, March 25, April 1, April 8
· Saturdays: March 28, April 4
· Rains dates: Saturday April 11, Wednesday April 15
