Opportunities Breakfast 2026
Join us for The Arc of Loudouns fourth Opportunities Breakfast! The Opportunities Breakfast is held to raise important funds to sustain and strengthen vital programs, services, and advocacy for people with disabilities. You’ll hear first-hand from self-advocates and parents about the challenges faced and how The Arc of Loudoun has made a difference.
The Arc of Loudoun’s Opportunities Breakfast is a one-hour complimentary breakfast with a dynamic program designed to raise funds and elevate the profile of The Arc of Loudoun’s commitment to advocate for, educate, serve, and support people with disabilities and their families. There are many ways for you to support our Opportunities Breakfast.
Critical funds raised at The Arc of Loudoun’s Opportunities Breakfast will directly support more than 5,000 people with disabilities and their families supported by The Arc of Loudoun each year. Guests to the event are invited personally by a Table Host they already know.
7:30am - Registration, Networking and Coffee
8:00am - Program Begins
Dress - Business Casual
Parking - Plenty of free parking

Why should guests attend?
Disability impacts all of us. 1 in 4 adults in the US have some type of disability and 1 in 36 children in the US is diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (source CDC).
According the Census 2022 American Community Survey, 30,373 (7.1%) Loudoun County residents have at least one type of disability.
People with disabilities live in poverty 2x the rate of those without a disability. Disability can increase the risk of poverty, through lack of employment and educational opportunities, lower wages, and increased cost of living.
With a growing population in Loudoun County, the need for services and programs to reach low-income families and people with disabilities is only going to increase.
Is there a cost to attend?
No, there is no cost to attend. The breakfast is complimentary. The event is a fundraiser, however, and guests will be asked at the end of the event if they are inspired to make a contribution.
There is no minimum or maximum gift required.
