Sculpture Trail Club with WalkBike Frankfort

Josephine Sculpture Park is partnering with WalkBike Frankfort to host a monthly, social all-paces (run, walk, jog) club! Explore the park’s 2 miles of trails at your own pace with new and familiar friends. 

The club will gather off the main parking lot at 6 pm, and start at the same trail entrance. JSP’s mowed trails are 5-10 feet wide and traverse the landscape, including gentle hills and fields. All ages are welcome, with youth under age 18 accompanied by an adult.   

Did you know that we experience a greater reduction in blood pressure and boost in mood when we exercise outdoors rather than indoors? Add in great community and inspiring art, and you’re setting yourself up for an experience that nourishes your overall wellbeing.
