About This Event

WELCOME

Thank you for your support and participation in the 2025 MCG Faculty and Graduate Cardiovascular Showcase. The following will provide you with important information about this year’s meeting and your participation as an exhibitor. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

You are responsible for making hotel room reservations for your company personnel. Please note that room reservations should be made in advance. Various accommodations have been reserved for conference enrollees.

EXHIBIT SPACE AND EQUIPMENT

The exhibits and general sessions will be held in the Lamar Rooms on the 2nd floor.

Furniture Provided

  • (1) 6’ skirted table and 1 or 2 chairs are available with your exhibit fee paid by the group.

Electrical

  • Any exhibit requiring more than a standard 115-volt outlet must furnish information at least (2) weeks in advance and will be charged an additional fee.  *Note:  Special servicing or wiring will be charged at prevailing rate for materials and labor.  Requests within 2 weeks of the event may be charged additional fees.

  • All extension cords, furniture, and linens are property of Augusta Marriott and may not be taken from the premises.

  • $1,750
    • Provides (1) six-foot tabletop exhibit for 2 days
    • Includes a complimentary full-meeting badge
    • Breakfast & lunch included
      • The breakfast buffet and lunch will be set up in the Exhibit Hall to provide exhibitors direct access to the participants.
    • All Exhibitor Company Logos will be included in the daily presentation slide show each morning during the Showcase.
    • The course director will periodically recognize all exhibitors during the daily presentations. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend any of the presentations during the summit.
