About This Event

WELCOME

Thank you for your support and participation in the 2025 Cardiovascular Summit at Kiawah.  The following will provide you with important information about this year’s meeting and your participation as an exhibitor.  If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Debbie Ellis, Exhibit Coordinator, at 706-721-7815 or dellis@augusta.edu.  We look forward to working with you and assisting to ensure a successful conference for your organization.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

You are responsible for making your hotel room reservations for your company personnel.  Please note that room reservations should be made in advance. The Cardiovascular Summit will be held at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in the West Beach Conference Center; various accommodations have been reserved for conference enrollees.

One Bedroom Scenic Villa - $270.00/night
Two Bedroom Scenic Villa - $405.00/night
Three Bedroom Scenic Villa - $450.00/night

The Sanctuary Hotel - $725.00/night

To book your stay, please complete these two forms:

The deadline for making room reservations at the discounted group rate is June 26th, 2025.  Reservations made after this date will not receive the discounted group room rate.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

To schedule your reservation for transportation, please call 843-768-2790.  Rental cars are also available at the Charleston airport.  Contact your preferred provider directly.

EXHIBIT SPACE AND EQUIPMENT

Exhibits will be held in the West Beach Conference Center Entrance Lobby.  The general session will be in Carolina room 5 & 6 directly across from the exhibit hall.  All meal functions will take place in the exhibit hall.

Furniture

  •  (1) 6’ table, tablecloth, skirt, and 1 or 2 chairs are available with your exhibit fee paid by the group.

Electrical

  • Any exhibit requiring more than a standard 115-volt outlet must furnish information at least (2) weeks in advance and will be charged an additional fee.  *Note:  Special servicing or wiring will be charged at prevailing rate for materials and labor.  Requests within 2 weeks of the event may be charged additional fees.
  • All extension cords, furniture, and linens are property of Kiawah Resort and may not be taken from the premises.

  • $3,500 - 2 Days/2 Badges
    • Includes: 6’ Tabletop Exhibit 1 or 2 days, Breakfast included (Includes 2 Complimentary Full-Meeting Badges)\
  • $5,500 - 4 Days/4 Badges
    • Includes: 6’ Tabletop Exhibit 3 or 4 days, Breakfast included (Includes 4 Complimentary Full-Meeting Badges)
  • All Exhibitor Company Logos will be included in the daily presentation slide show each morning during the Summit.  All Exhibitors will be recognized periodically during the daily presentations by the Course Director. The breakfast buffet and mid-morning snacks for a break will be set up in the Exhibit Hall to provide exhibitors direct access to the participants. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend any of the presentations during the summit.
