Kids Nature Yoga

Join us for Kids Nature Yoga where children ages 4-8 will learn yoga through stories and poses inspired by animals and the natural world around them. After the yoga program, children and their families are invited to explore the grounds of Lacawac Sanctuary. Program starts at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Visitors Center. Duration of the program is 45-60 minutes. Kids are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, comfortable shoes, and bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket. The event is Free. Registration is required as spots are limited. Program starts at 10:00 a.m. Please meet at the visitors center! 

This children’s event is sponsored by the Nico T. Community Outreach Fund, which was founded in memory of Nico Tereschak who passed away in a car accident at the age of 22. This nonprofit fund was established to help the needs of children and young adults in our local communities.
