Get off the trails, get your hands dirty, and explore Lacawac’s vernal pools in this exciting citizen science program. Learn about your local herps! PARS (Pennsylvania Amphibian and Reptile Survey) is a vital state-sponsored project that will determine the distribution and status of amphibians and reptiles throughout Lacawac.
All ages are welcome to attend. Meet at the Visitors Center. The event starts at 5:00 p.m. $5.00 per person. Registration is required. Sturdy, waterproof hiking footwear is highly recommended.
