As a participating vendor, you will receive:

Inclusion in our digital event guide highlighting your establishment

Recognition on the Food for Greater Elgin website and social media pages

Your name/logo on a sign at your table and recognition at the event (upon request)

Other promotional opportunities as they become available
We will provide each vendor with:

A 7’x7’ space with one (1) 6’ table, to use as the service table for guests

Tablecloth for your service table

Access to electricity (upon request)

Napkins
We ask that each vendor:

Bring your own prep table (if needed)

Bring tasting portions for 300 guests (we will confirm the actual amount as we get closer to the event)

Bring your own chafing dishes, serving utensils and warming units

Bring plates and utensils needed to eat the food you are serving
-
Extension cord(s) (if needed)

Consider providing a $25-100 gift card to your restaurant/establishment for a drawing (not required)
