Pallet to Palate 2027 Vendor Registration

As a participating vendor, you will receive:

• Inclusion in our digital event guide highlighting your establishment

• Recognition on the Food for Greater Elgin website and social media pages

• Your name/logo on a sign at your table and recognition at the event

• Other promotional opportunities as they become available

   

We will provide each vendor with:

• One (1) 6-ft table, to use as the service table for guests

• Tablecloth for your service table

• Access to electricity (upon request)

• Napkins

We ask that each vendor:

• Bring your own prep table (if needed)

• Bring small, tasting portions for 300 guests (we will confirm the actual amount as we get closer to the event)

• Bring your own chafing dishes, serving utensils and warming units (please note: no dishes may be cooked on site, only held or warmed) 

• Bring plates and utensils needed to eat the food you are serving

• Bring extension cord(s) (if needed)

• Consider providing a $25-100 gift card to your restaurant/establishment for a drawing (not required)
