Dennis Patrick “Pat” Curley lived a life defined by service, generosity, and community. An entrepreneur, civic leader, and volunteer firefighter, Pat dedicated decades to strengthening the places and people around him. From serving on the Orchard Park Town Board, supporting the American Heart Association, building the Southtowns YMCA ice rink, and responding to more than 5,000 fires as a volunteer firefighter, Pat believed deeply in giving back.

Beyond his many accomplishments, Pat will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and love of life, whether sailing the "Lone Shark", marching in St. Patrick's Day parades, singing “God Bless America,” or simply “shooting the bull” with family and friends.

After living with Alzheimer’s disease for 15 years, Pat passed peacefully in March 2026, leaving behind a legacy of service, kindness, and joy that continues through his family and the many lives he touched.

The Curley Family invites you to honor Pat’s memory by making a donation to The Foundation for Community Betterment. Your gift will continue the work he cared so deeply about, supporting others with the same spirit of generosity that defined his life.
