About This Event
Join us on Saturday, December 13 from 5:00 to 7:30 pm, for a lively evening of holiday entertainment and music. The evening begins with a special performance from 5:00 to 6:00 pm by comic ventriloquist Joe Gandelman, whose laugh-filled show will feature a colorful cast of puppet characters and plenty of audience participation. The celebration continues with a free Holiday Concert by the Loyola Marymount University Choir from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., an Avalon tradition that fills the Schreiner Family Plaza with festive cheer and classic holiday melodies. Guests can enjoy a complimentary holiday dessert bar along with seasonal refreshments available for purchase, including a specialty cocktail, warm coffee, tea, hot chocolate and tamales.
Patrons Society Members are invited to an exclusive Meet & Greet from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. with LMU choir conductor Dr. Benjamin Johns, Special Assistant to the Vice President John Flaherty, and Bryant Alexander, PhD, Dean and Professor of the College of Communication and Fine Arts at LMU. Soup, warm bread and drinks will be served.
