Breath & Art: Wellness Workshop

Registration ends Friday, 10/02/2026 5:00pm EDT

About This Event

Breath is the most vital part of our existence, and we often don't tend to it enough. Join us as Dr. Nama Khalil leads us through several breathwork techniques, followed by an art-journaling experience. This workshop is all about the experience of spending time with yourself, in community with others, while enjoying the peace and serenity of a beautiful horse farm setting. Take a pause from the bustle of everyday life, you deserve to give yourself this time. No experience necessary.  Art materials provided and if you have your favorites, please bring them.

Please dress for the weather. This event is rain or shine as we have indoor spaces availble to us. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle.

When: Saturday, October 3rd from 10:00 AM -12:00 PM

Where: PBJ Connections - Pataskala

PBJ Dressage - 9800 Jug St NW, Pataskala, OH 43062

Facilitators: Dr. Nama Khalil
