Energy Reset Through Sound Healing
Experience a Sound Bath infused with Reiki to reset and realign your nervous system, body and spirit. Janita Ford, Reiki Sound Healer, will lead participants through grounding activities using breath and sensory orientation. Participants will experience a healing sound bath while learning how to integrate gentle movement, sensory awareness, and breathwork to reset one's entire being. This workshop is hosted at PBJ Connections-Pataskala in a beautiful outdoor horse farm setting. No experience necessary and all are welcome!
Please dress for the weather. This event is rain or shine as we have indoor spaces availble to us. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle.
