About This Event
PBJ Connections and the grief team from Mount Carmel are coming together to bring a unique hands on learning experience to address grief. This workshop will feature education, support and an activity featuring our therapy horses centered around grief.
All types of grief are welcome, including those that are including those that are experiencing grief not involving death, for example: divorce, job loss, infertility, change in physical/mental health, change in relationships and many others. Adults, children at least 7 years old and families are welcome to attend.
With funding from The Columbus Foundation we are able to offer two workshops free to attendees. The first will be at our farm in Pataskala on April 18th and the second at our farm in Galena on April 25th.
Please dress for the weather. This event is rain or shine as we have indoor spaces available to us. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle. Close toed shoes are required to participate in activities with the horses. No horseback riding is involved.
