Menu for the Night

Our menu for 2026 is being curated with the support of Bernice Vargas Luna, from El Hongo Magico Taqueria. 

Passed hors d'oeuvres and catering by Maison Cuisine. As with every year, there will be a variety of local food vendors keeping the crowd fed. Some of the food vendors featured for the night will be:

  • Aztec Vegan Kitchen
  • El Hongo Magico Taqueria

Enjoy an open bar with a generous selection of wines, as well as: Beer generously donated by Half Acre Brewery, and prepared cocktails generously donated by Apologue Liqueurs. 
 

*Menu is subject to change depending on the availability of ingredients.

Entertainment

The night's entertainment will be provided by Plant Chicago's resident DJ, SheyBae.

FAQ

Is this a 21+ event?

Yes. Although, if you are under 21 and wish to attend, we ask that you attend with a parent or guardian. 

Will there be non-alcoholic beverages?

Yes, there will be non-alcoholic beverages.

How accessible is the event?

HOSTE is located on the first floor and is fully ADA accessible. As this is a cocktail-style event, many guests may prefer to stand, but there will also be limited tables and chairs available for those who wish to sit as well as seating throughout the reception area.

Are there other ways to support this fundraiser? 

If you're able to, please consider becoming an event sponsor! We also encourage donations to our Silent Auction.

Individuals can purchase "Sponsor" tickets on behalf of a member of the Plant Chicago community, such as a volunteer or neighbor. 

With upcoming renovations, you can also memorilize your commitment to circular economies by purchasing a brick! Donate $500 to have your name on a historic glazed brick inside our Firehouse. 

Is there a dress-code?

While we are celebrating our Quinceaños (15 years), we ask that you dress as fashionably comfortable, as you wish. This is a business casual event, and unless you have a Quinceañera outfit you've been wanting to wear, it is not necessary
