About This Event
But now, we in America see our government violently kidnapping, detaining, and deporting people who are immigrants, refugees, and even citizens—people who are our neighbors and people who are caring for their communities and families just like the rest of us. How are we, as followers of Jesus, standing in love and solidarity with the immigrants around us?
Join Peace Catalyst and other Jesus followers for a reflective and supportive conversation to process what we are seeing and experiencing in our communities. We will name and mourn the pain our government has caused to our neighbors, ask questions and share about the many ways we are showing up to support and advocate, and make space for prayer, hope, and recommitment to the challenging path of neighbor love.
**This event is part of our monthly Taste of Peace series, where we offer introductory-level conversations about all things peacebuilding and explore something new every month. We hope you’ll join us for this event and other upcoming Taste of Peace events!

In addition, Peter leads trainings in conflict transformation, nonviolence, trauma awareness and healing, and community-based peacebuilding.
